On May 20th, 2025, New Brunswick Nursing Home Learning Campus continued its Documentation Series with “Reports in Momentum: How and When to Use Them,” presented by April Connor, RN, with French translation provided.
This practical session helped long-term care professionals better understand how to navigate and use reporting functions in the Momentum documentation system. April explained which reports are most relevant for day-to-day care, quality improvement, and compliance—and when to use them for maximum impact. Participants left with greater clarity on how to turn data into meaningful action.
April has been the RAI Coordinator at Loch Lomond Villa since the launch of Momentum in 2017 and brings deep, lived experience to her teaching. Her work on accreditation, integrated quality management, and frontline mentoring makes her an invaluable resource for long-term care teams across New Brunswick.
