  • Course Offering: Resource Nurse Skills Training
    • Training for RN’s and LPN’s working in long term care
    • Leadership training to act as “resource nurse” in long term care environments
    • Can be delivered onsite with staff or done virtually
    • Offered on an ongoing basis to long term care homes upon their request
    • Training can be tailored to specific competencies (delivered in one session) or expanded to include an ongoing education plan for staff over a defined period (for example, some long term care facilities choose to deliver six mandatory education modules for their resource staff over a one year period)

• Consultation to new and existing health care facilities during transitional periods and/or with special projects related to clinical practice
• Sustainable Leadership Support (we partner with your existing leadership team to offering services and/or projects that your current team is unable to manage due to heavy workloads)

• We have a curated list of healthcare professionals with the training and expertise to potentially offer locum services within your long term care home in Atlantic Canada.
• Contact us to discuss your need and we can determine if we have a match within our clinical group to meet your needs.
  • For example, a nursing home may be without a dietitian and be actively searching for someone to fill this position. Within our clinical group, we may have a clinician that could offer that service within your nursing home on a locum basis until the nursing home successfully hires a permanent employee.
  • Availability for such services is limited based on the other work within the clinical group, but may be possible. Contact us to discuss in further detail– we do have a waiting list for this service.
